What We Collect

When you use Buildlog, we collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

  • Account information (email, name) when you sign in with GitHub
  • Buildlog files you choose to upload
  • Basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage)

Your Buildlog Files

Buildlog files you upload contain workflow recordings from your AI coding sessions. These may include prompts, file paths, and code snippets. You control the visibility of each upload—public buildlogs are viewable by anyone with the link, while private buildlogs are only visible to you.

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the Buildlog service
  • To display your buildlogs as you've configured them
  • To communicate important service updates

We do not sell your personal information or buildlog content to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Buildlog files are stored in cloud storage with encryption at rest. We use Vercel for hosting and Neon for database services.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated buildlogs at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
